Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to inform you about a serious issue regarding a phone I recently ordered from your website. Last week, I purchased a new smartphone (Order ID: TX54721) which was delivered to me on 10th September. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the screen was badly cracked and the device was not functioning at all.

This phone is extremely important to me because I intended to use it for both personal and professional purposes. As I work remotely, I rely heavily on mobile applications to attend meetings, respond to clients, and manage urgent tasks. Without a properly working phone, my daily communication has been significantly disrupted.

I kindly request you to either replace the defective phone with a new one at the earliest convenience or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible. I am happy to return the damaged product, and I have attached photos of the phone as evidence for your reference.
