Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to share my feedback on my recent visit to your newly opened shopping mall, City Square, on Main Street. While I appreciate the modern design and variety of shops, I was disappointed with a few of the facilities.

During my visit last Sunday, I primarily used the food court and the underground parking. Although the food court offers a good range of options, I found it extremely crowded, and there were not enough tables and chairs to accommodate all the customers. Many people, including myself, had to stand and wait for a long time before finding a place to sit.

Furthermore, the parking area was quite chaotic. There were no clear markings for entry and exit lanes, which led to confusion among drivers and even a minor accident. In addition, the payment machines were out of order, causing long queues at the only staffed booth.

I would suggest that you increase the seating capacity in the food court and perhaps introduce a system to better manage the flow of diners during peak hours. As for the parking, clear signage, proper lane markings, and functioning payment machines would make a big difference.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for your customers.

Yours faithfully,
Rahul Mehra
