Sample Answer

Dear Mr. Brown,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to recommend my close friend, Ms. Priya Sharma, who has recently applied for the position of Marketing Executive at our company.

I have known Priya for over five years; we studied together at Delhi University and later worked on several freelance marketing projects. During that time, I was truly impressed by her creativity, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Priya has a strong background in digital marketing and data analysis, which aligns perfectly with our department’s needs. She is also known for her teamwork and leadership qualities, both of which I believe will make her a valuable asset to our team. Her work ethic and enthusiasm would undoubtedly contribute positively to our ongoing projects.

I strongly recommend her for this role and am confident she will exceed expectations if given the opportunity.

Yours sincerely,
Rohit Mehta
