Dear Mr. Kapoor,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the construction work your team has recently completed on my house. As agreed in our contract, you were responsible for building the main structure, installing electrical wiring, and completing the interior plastering.

Unfortunately, the quality of the work has not met my expectations. Several walls in the living area have visible cracks, and the plastering is uneven in many places. In addition, the electrical sockets in two bedrooms are not functioning properly, which raises serious safety concerns. I had expected a more professional finish, especially considering the timeline and budget we had discussed.

I kindly request that you send your team back to inspect and repair all the issues mentioned above. I would appreciate it if the corrections could be made within the next two weeks so that the remaining interior work can proceed without further delay.

I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and satisfactorily. Please let me know when your team will be available to revisit the site.

Yours sincerely,
Rohan Singh
