✉️ SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you about an issue with a mobile phone I recently purchased from your store. On 15 October 2025, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24 (128 GB, Black) from your Sector 17 branch in Chandigarh.

Unfortunately, after using it for just a few days, I noticed a serious problem. The phone frequently shuts down on its own even when the battery level is above 50%. In addition, the screen occasionally freezes, making it impossible to use certain applications. I have already tried restarting and resetting the device, but the issue still persists.

I would appreciate it if you could either replace the phone with a new one or arrange a full refund, as it is still under warranty. Please let me know when I can bring the phone to the store for inspection.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,
Rohan Singh
