You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I faced while attempting to purchase a train ticket at your station on 17th June.
When I arrived at the ticket counter, I found that the self-service kiosks were all out of order. As a result, a long queue had formed at the manned counter. Unfortunately, the system at that counter was also running extremely slow, and it took over 45 minutes just to reach the front of the line. By the time I got my ticket, the train I was supposed to board had already departed.
Due to this delay, I missed an important business meeting in Toronto that was scheduled for the same afternoon. I had to reschedule the meeting and incur additional costs to purchase another ticket for a later train.
To improve the experience for future passengers, I suggest that the station ensures all ticket machines are maintained regularly and provides more staff during peak hours to reduce waiting times.
I hope my feedback will help enhance the quality of service at your station.
Yours faithfully,
[Your Full Name]
